Thank you for booking an appointment with me! Select a location above to get started (In-Person or Virtual).

  • I am generally available for appointments M-F from 10am to 6pm.
  • In-person appointments are only available on Mondays and Tuesdays at the John Peace Library on the main campus. If you need to arrange an in-person meeting on another day of the week or at downtown, please email me at emily.hayward@utsa.edu. All other days of the week will default to a Zoom appointment.
  • I will email you the room location for an in-person appointment after you book.

If you need to arrange an in-person or virtual appointment outside of those times, email me at emily.hayward@utsa.edu and I am happy to work with your schedule.
